THE SEVEN HABITS OF HiGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE

In this Book expressing a amazing words that “we never see the world as it is, instead we see the world as we are”. So consistently try to focus on itself to enhance the self awareness and knowledge instead to see Outer world.

Description of the Book.   All  our behavior is controlled by our paradigm. We have to build our personality strongly and make strong principle. Then all habits and personality and character will come slowly and slowly. It also mean to maintain value system and ethic system and how representing to itself.

Then only character ethic will be strong. When we be in dependency level is that the first stage steps. After in second stage maturity level called independence stages when come to understand the difference between right and wrong with someone else. But to go forward we need to be interdependence is the highest level of the maturaty. It is the holistic work of our life.

Habit No 1.   Be Proactive

(a)       Take responsibility of your actions.

(b)       Choose your response rather than reacting to circumstances.

(c)       Focus on your circle of Influence (Things you can control)

 Circle of concern and anxious means out of unrelated thought which are not concerned with our daily life. What happens with the reactive people?  Just they always think how to do and how to complete instead they to focus what is the solution?  Stimulus and response will be recoup only by response.

Reactive language is just like negative sentences which they always uses. And active people always says, “yes I can do it”. They always user positive and are visionary.

Any time we think problem is out there, that thought is the problem.

Whatever I am thinking that will be choice and will be my destination.

We are not our feelings. We are not our moods. We are not even our thoughts. Self-awareness enables us to stand apart and examine even the way we “see”. It affects not only our attitudes and behaviors, but also how we see other people.

It becomes our map of the basic nature of mankind. I must take advantages of my own work. Our life is a built up of three things are :-

                        (a)       Skill    (b)       Knowledge    (iii)       Desire

Trust is the highest form of human motivation. It brings out the very best in people. But it takes time and patience, and it doesn’t preclude the necessity to train and develop people so that their competency can rise to the level of that trust.

Habit No  2

Begin with The End In Mind

(a)       Define a clear vision. (and affect)

(b)       Create a personal mission Statement. (Make a plan)

(c)       Set goal based on value and desired out. (Just like Gandhiji)

Think before the decision what need it to me in long term. If we don’t have any direction in our life, so other’s direction will always be dominate us and divert to wrong path. So we must have clarity and to choose a better direction to make life prosperous.

Habit No  3

(a)  Prioritize the important task over urgent, but unimportant ones.

Put First Things In First

(b)       Manage your time effectively using the Eisenhower Matrix.

(c)       Focus on quadrant II (Important but not urgent).

Urgent things are always in loud and important things are in silent. So focus to solve important so that priority of urgent things will automatically be slow down. Time management is a vision. Everybody has the same time so how can they managed time. They manage the activity. May be some are urgent but not important as making distraction in life.

Habit No  4

Think Win-Win

3.         You cannot change the fruit without changing the root by working on the attitudes and behaviors would have been hacking at the leaves.Win-win is not a technique. It’s not total philosophy of human interaction. Win- win is a frame of mind heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. The more you are proactive then only you will be committed more to the other. The problem is in the system when you put good people so output will also be good.

Whatever something had happened with someone and thinking just like. If I may be guilty so everybody will also be the effect.

Habit No 5

Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood

Lets first to listen and then understand why people can not listen to you. The great leaders are a good listener. Most people are not a good listener therefore they not get full attention. Otherwise viberation, attention and attraction everything will get it in life. Peace of mind comes my life is in harmony with true principles and values and in no other way. Take responsibility for your action and choices. Focus on that what you can control over them. Proactivity will make life prosperously.

Our habit decides our destination. My reactiveness may change my action which will create a best environment for me. When different energy works with along so output comes automatically. Choose a habit and make a different sound.

Habit No 6

Synergize  

To enhance life and progressive work need it to be a potent work ethic dedication and team management then only be form a synergize means output will get it.

Sharpen The Saw

 

    • Regular Aadd value in life.

    • Read book and upgrade itself.

    • Power Mutilation.

Prevention Planning Relationship and Goal. The ability to say no is the ability to say yes to my ambitious. When I clear what matter to me is I have the strength to protect my self.
