THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE

The 7 habits of highly effective people have the fundamental principle of human effectiveness. The 7 habits will get it only by reading the book of author Stephen Covey.

Thease 7 habits are primer habits. We might work on our behaviour, we could try harder, being more diligent, doubling your speed. But our efforts would only succeed in getting us to the wrong place faster.  

The way we seen the problem is the problem.     The personality ethic tells us always I could take some kind of dramatic action. We need a new level of thinking is that ‘Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People’ is about.

Its principle cantered character based inside-out. It means to start first with self even more fundamentally to start with the most inside part of self with your paradigm, your character, and your motives.

If you want to have beautiful life so be positive and generate positive energy and sidestep negative pleasant, cooperative teenager, be a more understanding, empathic person. Habits are already existed in us but to feel to be out we must think differently, to shift our paradigm to a new, deeper, inside-out level.

Our character basically is a composite of our habits. Sow a thought, reap an action, sow an action reap a habit, sow a habit reap character, sow character reap a destiny.

Knowledge is the theoretical paradigm, then to do and the why, Skill is the how to do and desire is the motivation, the want to do. In order to make something a habit in our lives, we have to have all three.

Interdependence is a choice only independent people can make. As you become truly independent, you have the foundation for effective interdependence.

You have the character base from which you can effectively work on the more personality way.

Now try something else I always try to project your consciousness upward into a corner of the room and see/ judge myself. Now you always feel that what you are feeling and how would you describe your present mental state.

This why low I because it not only affect our attitude and behaviour but also how we see other people. Our behaviour a function of our decisions.   

Highly proactive people recognize that responsibilities. They do not blame the circumstances and their adversities for their behaviours.

Their behaviour is a product of their own conscious choice based on value rather than a product of their conditioned, based feelings.

For proactive people doesn’t reason for whether it rains or shines make any difference to them?  The leader is the one who climbs the tallest tree, surveys the entire situation, and yells, wrong jungle.

There are two unique human endowments that enable us to expand our proactivity and to exercise personal leadership in our lives are imagination and conscience.”

Through imagination, we can visualize the uncreated worlds of potential that lie within us.

Through conscience, we can come in contact with universal laws or principles with our own singular talents and avenues/ street  of contribution and with the personal guidelines within which we can most effectively develop them.

Combined with self-awareness, these two endowments empower us to write our own script.

Concentrate all abilities and efforts on the task at hand, not worrying about the next job or promotion.

I especially want to teach my children to love, to learn, and to laugh and to work and deelop their unique talents.

“Once you have that sense of mission, you have the essence of your own proactivity.

You have the vision and the values which direct your life. YOU HAVE THE BASIC DIRECTION FROM WHICH YOU SET YOUR LONG AND SHORT TERM GOALS.

You have the power of a written constitution based on correct principles against which every decision concerning the most effective use of your time, your talents, and your energies can be effectively measured.

Whatever is the centre of our life will be the source of our security, guidance, wisdom, and power.

By centring our lives on correct principles, we create a solid foundation for development of the four life support factors.  

Principles don’t react to anything they don’t get mad and treat us differently.

They won’t divorce us or run away or don’t depend on the behaviour of others, the environment, or the current fad for their validity. They can’t be destroyed by fire, earthquake or theft. 

Principle is deep, fundamental truth, classic truths, and generic common denominators.

The wisdom and guidance that accompany principle cantered living come from correct maps from the way things really are having been and will be. Correct maps enable us to clearly.

We can make our decisions using the correct date that will make their implementation possible and meaningful.

The personal power that comes from principle- centred living is the power of a self-aware, knowledgeable proactive individual unrestricted by the attitudes behaviour and actions of others or by many of the circumstances and environmental influences that limit other people.

Principles always have natural consequences attached to us.

My paradigm is the source from which my attitudes and behaviours flow.  You make your decision consciously and knowledgeably.

Personal responsibility, or proactivity, is fundamental to the first creation.

Returning to the computer metaphor, Habit 1 says, you are the programmer, Habit, then, say, you are the programmer and write the program and until you accept the idea that you are responsible that you are the programmer, you won’t really invest in writing the program. 

As proactive people, we can begin to give expression to what we want to be and to do in our lives. We can write a personal mission statement, a personal constitution.

I find the process is as important as the product. Writing or reviewing a mission statement changes you because it forces you to think through your priorities deeply, carefully and to align your behaviour with your belief.

You have a sense of mission about what you are trying to do and you are excited about it.

“Our Self-awareness empowers us to examine our own thoughts”.

You can visualize your retirement from your present occupation. What contribution, what achievements will you want to have made in your field? What plans will you have after retirement?

Will you enter a second career? Expand your mind and visualize in rich detail. Involve as many emotions and feelings as possible. Involve as many of the senses as you can.

Visualisation and Affirmation

Personal leadership is not a singular experience. It doesn’t begin and end with the writing of a personal mission statement.

It is the ongoing process of keeping your vision and values before you and aligning your life to be congruent with those most important things.

Affirmation and visualization are forms of programming, and we must be certain that we do not submit ourselves to any programing that is not in harmony with our basic centre or that comes from sources centred on money making self-interest or anything other than correct principles.

Role and goals give structure and organized direction to our personal mission.

The mission statement becomes the framework for thinking, for governing the family, when the problems and crises comes, the constitution is there to remind family members of the things that matter most and to provide direction for problem

In our home, we put our mission statement up on wall in the family room so that we can look at it and monitor ourselves daily. Mission statement is also vital to successful organizations.

One of the most important thrusts of main work with organization is to assist them in developing effective mission statements.

When I was training a group of people for IBM in New York. It was a small group about twenty people, and one of them became it.

  • Sharpen The Saw

  • So friends you try and conditioned your habits and think alone how can make better with managing your time to adore your life better, also make good concentration to initiate to begin a positive work because your work are congruent. Sharpen your thought and do your entire concept quickly to desired work which all is worth for your life. 
  • Think win-win.  Always make habit you also and me too. If will make partnership with two people so will have the better performance in systematic way. The best option to win-win situation to make people and yourself perfect.
