1. Find your time to make a good habit for your meditation. Suppose you want to do meditation in night but your child make disturb you so make and arrange your own time while night or in morning also so that you can consider yourself to be more peaceful.
Don’t ask yourself to do a habit when you are likely to be occupied with something else. Your cue should also have the same frequency as your desired habit.
If you want to do habit every day, but you stack it on to of habit that only happens on Monday, that’s not good choice.
